Butcher we make all our own puddings, to traditional Scottish recipes,
using only the best of ingredients. Many believe that manufactured
products like puddings and sausages are a way of utilising all the
“leftover” scraps, but this only gives an inferior product
– the raw ingredients are crucial. We make Black Puddings,
White (meally) Puddings, Fruit Puddings….and of course, Haggis.
